Sooooooo, do you all like the new header? ^^^ i made it in illustrator in like 20 min. its not amazing, but the old one was soo boring, it was driving me crazy. i think the new one's fun, hope ya agree.
oh, and just cuz, here's two songs by Lykke Li that are real good. she's a fun like indie pop singer from Sweden.
So i've been looking for a new musical direction to head in. A new sound. A new way to experience things. I haven't played my guitar in months. Is it cuz i've moved beyond the realm of music as we know it? The REAL question is, should i buy a Tenori-On?? Will this bring back my passion of playing music??
Should i try my hand at this new mode of music? Am i the only one that loves this avante-garde instrument with a total 80's aesthetic?
Should i be like like Norman Fairbanksand create an entire album with this new instrument?
Hey hey, sorry it's been so long since the last post but I was in the city last weekend and have spent the last few days trying to catch up on hw and all that. Went to ny with my friend and our boss and really had an awesome time for sure. It was the end of autumninthecity and the trees were really cool (the colors in central park and westchester were amazing) and beautiful.
I'm sure there'll be a few posts based off my trip. But first off, here's a few pics from the trip that I posted on Flickr. Have fun!!
So you guys listen to Kanye's new stuff at all? A couple of songs just got leaked for his upcoming album. They are a completely different sound, like Coldest Winter, which is based off of a Tears for Fears song from the 80's. I posted the Kanye song, but I couldn't find a Tears for Fears so I linked ya to YouTube. What do ya think? Kanye, or 80's?
